I can’t thank Tom enough for helping us through a sad, difficult time when saying goodbye to a dear friend who had no living relatives. Another friend, Sue and I felt reassured from the moment we first met with Tom that everything was going to be ok and we would be able to give our friend the send off that she deserved. Tom was friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us from the start. We felt comfortable and at ease with him and laughed and cried with him at our first meeting. He helped with suggestions for the service and really captured the essence of our friend really well. Tom made sure on several occasions by emails and calls that we were happy with everything and that we were ok. On the day of the funeral I was very nervous but knowing Tom would be there with us helped get us through. It was such a lovely service, exceptionally written and conducted. We couldn’t have asked for more. We’ve received lovely comments from our friends and family about it all. Thank you so much, I will certainly be recommending your services to others.
