All last week I was a little backed up, but fortunately, with the weekend I had that saw me stay awake for 33/34 hours, I drank so much water that I was pissing every 15 minutes — by the end, my bladder was so used to being full it screamed ‘I NEED TO PEE’ even when it didn’t — and thankfully everything loosened up.
It just goes to show that sometimes a little stress to keep the mind alive does wonders for stalled bowel movements, especially if you replace sleep with drinking water.
Not advisable, though.
It’s always best to try and get your 8 hours of sleep, although sometimes the help I need isn’t forthcoming.
Water is also a very good thing to drink, but we all know about hydration.
