A weekend alone

After last weekend’s fun and games, this weekend was the polar opposite.

Because other people drain after a while, I got all my being social in person done and dusted by Saturday lunchtime. Although, via text and call I remained available throughout.

Because the world outside is too hive and no chill, I kept excursions out to a minimum. Yesterday was a lovely day but I would’ve only wanted to go back in eventually so I cut out the middleman. I ventured to the car around 8pm.

Because to-do lists are loathsome, I took down one box, I put it in recycling. That was my part of the war effort.
